Tech shouldn’t be complicated, I’ve spent years turning frustrations into solutions.

My IT career began as a young, curious child, taking apart PCs to see how they ticked (then trying to put them back together without my parents noticing). That early fascination grew into a lifelong passion, leading me through formal education and into my IT career.

I hold a BSc in IT Business Management and I am certified in CompTIA A+ and Cloud Essentials.


I completed my IT Support Apprenticeship with a Distinction then worked in the Alternative Investment Industry, (FinTech) and managed the IT infrastructure of 750+ businesses worldwide.

Beyond my technical skills, I’m passionate about simplifying technology for the average user and providing a stress-free IT support experience. Whether it’s fixing a frustrating issue or helping you navigate complex systems, I’m here to make tech work for you.

Here are a few highlights from my journey:

CrowdStrike Kernel Driver Incident Recovery: I Led disaster recovery efforts, restoring a head office’s critical IT infrastructure after a system-wide failure. Successfully restoring 300+ user machines, saving the company multiple days of downtime and ensuring uninterrupted operations.

Client Office Setup: I Assisted in the setup and configuration of a nationwide car sales company’s key IT infrastructure at a site in Sheffield. I Ensured seamless operations by staying on-site an extra few days to address issues and guarantee a smooth launch.

Infrastructure Configuration: I Personally set up, configured, and installed  600+ computers (both Mac and Windows) for a nationwide car sales company’s head office in Gillingham, ensuring optimal performance and user readiness.
